The Client faced depleting profit margins due to dependence on food aggregators for business. Lack of direct consumer outreach gave aggregators control over prices & margins. The client wanted to own online sales channels to increase brand visibility, sales and profitability while keeping the offering and prices unchanged for customers. Dependence on aggregators also limited the Client’s vision of a hyper-personalized experience for customers.
