Kartik Anand is a passionate entrepreneur who believes in touching people’s lives. In 2011, Kartik Anand embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by founding Kings Group Ventures with only a handful of people. In the past decade, he has grown the group to an astounding 4000+ members. Kartik’s unparalleled vision has propelled the group to spread it wings across industries and multiple countries. Kartik has a proven track record of building high-performance & passionate global teams that work towards a common goal.
Kartik has a vast experience of over 25 years of bringing people together to drive success. Today The KGV group boasts a portfolio of over 25 brands under the leadership & mentorship of Kartik Anand.
In 2017, Kartik Anand won an award for Asia’s Greatest Brands & Leaders.
Rajesh Kurup
Chief Executive Officer
Rajesh Kurup has been heading XTS since its inception. He has over 35 years of international experience in running businesses in the engineering services space.
His stints in India, Middle East and North America has helped him get a deep understanding of diverse needs of clients in various geographies. He has strong consulting experience with large banks in the U.S and has created and maintained an exhaustive media vertical for a robust mid-tier organization over 23 years.
With deep experience in delivery and creating win-win opportunities he has been pivotal in XTS’s growth.
Ashok Menon
Chief Delivery Officer
Ashok brings in over 32 years of rich technology consulting and delivery experience and has achieved exponential growth for renowned software consulting companies such as Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, Ciber Inc, Intelligroup Inc in US(now NTT Data) and Hexaware. He has successfully held leadership roles in implementing complex state-of-the-art digital transformation solutions, built and managed large delivery teams located worldwide. He has predominantly been located onsite in US, Europe and Australia for a significant part of his career, apart from India.
His client engagement capabilities are proven beyond par, stemming from his passionate obsession to do right by them and deliver true value, thereby gaining trust and confidence. His leadership has also won hearts from his colleagues and team members whom he mentored and nurtured into high performing professionals delivering quality solutions. Key industries he served include Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing and Retail.
