With deep consulting experience across industries, particularly in financial services and media, Rajesh has led large-scale transformation programs for leading U.S. banks and architected the media services vertical for a mid-tier enterprise over two decades. His ability to balance strategic foresight with operational execution has made him a trusted partner to CXOs navigating complex digital journeys.

Technical Partner
Mark B. Huntley is a Technical Partner with XTS, helping identify and develop new SaaS, MVP, prototype, and custom software opportunities.
He works with prospective clients during the early stages of an engagement to help define the business need, shape product requirements, refine messaging, and translate commercial goals into a clear scope for the XTS development team. Mark also brings experience in business strategy, branding, digital growth, and customer acquisition, helping ensure that projects are positioned around both technical feasibility and commercial value.
