We are hiring high-potential freshers from BE / BTech + CDAC backgrounds who have the drive, curiosity, and hunger to learn. We believe skills can be trained, but attitude, IQ, and zeal cannot.

Technical expertise is important, but flexibility will be given to candidates who demonstrate strong intent and learning ability.
- Preferred Technical Exposure (Any One)
- Programming fundamentals in Python / JavaScript / Java
- Basic knowledge of Web Development / Backend concepts
- Exposure to React, Node.js, Python frameworks is a plus
- Basic understanding of Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Awareness of AI/ML / Data concepts is an added advantage
