An organization operating a B2B events review platform that integrated insights for and from event organizers, attendees and service providers. They assist in the decision making process to invest in and attend business events ensuring better deployment of people at events and align ROI with business purpose.

The Client was navigating through a sea of unstructured data (over 2500+ events, a total attendee database of 300,000 professionals with nearly 20,000+ reviews) with labour-intensive processes, making the output error prone and slow, leading to inaccurate analysis and delayed publications. Reviews had to be manually analyzed to extract the emotion needed for data labelling and further analytics. Data visualizations were primitively generated: slow and riddled with human errors.

Solution

XTS developed the end-to-end solution: a platform that blended the best of Data Engineering, Analytics & Visualization. Quality, Speed & Scalability were achieved. Over multiple POC-MVP cycles, a system was built with RPA enabled web scraping & cleaning to achieve homogeneous and complete records to improve accuracy. Real-time analytics and integrated visualizations meant accurate, near-real time insights were getting published faster on website and other marketing channels.
